Nicole M. Cotton, P.A. is conveniently located between U.S. 1 and Indian River Drive on Washington Street in Sebastian, Florida. Sebastian is located between Vero Beach and Melbourne in Indian River County. The City is part of what is known as the Treasure Coast of Florida. Sebastian was incorporated in 1924 and is home to Pelican Island. Pelican Island was designated the first wildlife refuge in the United States in 1903 by President Theodore Roosevelt. 

Sebastian has a long history of being a fishing community dating back to the 1870's. Today you can still find working commercial fishing boats docked at the newly renovated Fish House along Indian River Drive. The City has seen rapid growth in the past several years.
